As a young artist, I was most influenced by the
artists/photographers Duane Michels, Andy Warhol and Ellsworth Kelly.

They have given me the idea that real life can be changed to show how it can look in the perspective of others.

Over the years my style has undergone major transformations. From painting to photography to painting again and now back to photography, however, now mixed with computer transformations.
My art has been deeply induced with traditions of Asian cultures such as Chinese, Japanese and Korean that has also helped with my visualization.

Traveling Taiwan and photographing everything from national landmarks to simple and interesting floors and walls. Taking the images and then breaking them down to compartments of color, shape and form has allowed me to realize my impressions of what I have seen and digested. This exhibit is the result of that. My personal artistic philosophy has always been to show what I feel around me and in me. What it's like to have a human point of view, and what it means to share these with others. I hope that you enjoy my recent efforts.
